Seeking players for IM Season 14

I’m looking to build an IM team of dedicated players for season 14 of Highlander. Ideal candidates will be open to criticism, suggestions and willing to get better not only as a player but as a team. Looking to form chemistry within the team amongst our main players and eventually move to higher divisions. This will be a no drama team. If you have an issue with something, address that issue head on, discuss, find a solution and move on. We are here to win.

Requirements:

Previous competitive experience.
A working microphone.
At least 1500 hours in TF2.
The ability to be a team player, this includes showing up for demo reviews, mentoring sessions and scrims.
Be able to take in constructive criticism, as well as be constructive with your own criticisms.
General maturity.
A willingness to improve.
A desire to win.

I know this is early, seeing as how we are still in the middle of season 13, but I am looking to get a jump on things and really build a team that works well together.
