MBTI Survey (Part 2)
-
Revised for the sake of clarity and to reflect changes in the survey.
If you have answered the first part/are going to be, please take the second test linked below and respond to that as well.Figured it’d be interesting to get some input as to the most common personality types in the community. I’m most interested in the broad data and what the overall difference in results between the two chosen tests would look like. Additionally, I will be graphing out specific traits as to see which ones are most common in the two tests. The survey or the results won’t necessarily be that implicative or accurate, with this in mind I’ll leave it at graphing results and traits. As to whether you hold any stock in the mbti/the tests/the results is up to you at the end of the day, I’m just curious to see the results. If there end up not being a relatively similar amount of responses in the second part, I’ll graph the first part only. No matter the turnout of part 2, having both tests and polls linked isn’t a bad thing. Might be interesting for people to look back on and for more results to trickle into down the line.

i expect introvert to extrovert to be at least 5-1 in the tf2 community
-
@Joey-Lemons
Yeah, I’m pretty interested in something like thinking vs feeling or judging vs prospecting though. -
Your personality type is:
Mediator
INFP-T -
I tend to wobble a little bit depending on what’s going on in my life but as of lately I’ve been getting ISFP (Adventurer). For like most of HS I would get ISTP (Virtuoso).
-
I’ve done this before, I got Campaigner ENFP (I don’t remember if I was assertive or turbulent) also I saw that someone else got ENFP so I feel less lonely now
-
@Ta5K There are three extroverts among us
-
Well, it’s not so much “do you believe in it or not” as that it has been empirically demonstrated to have very little reliability/consistency and so on as a measure. There’s a reason that psychologists use Big 5 instead.
(That being said, I definitely went through an MBTI nerd phase when I was in high school myself I tend to split the difference pretty evenly on T/F, though, and the one you linked is no different, so no data point for u.)

@Bliztank said in MBTI Personality Types Survey:
@Ta5K There are three extroverts among us
anyways I got INTJ

@Bliztank I’ll give you chaos…
There’s for your binaries!!
I’ve also never heard it referred to as “Prospecting” instead of “Perceiving”, but I guess it’s well within the MBTI tradition for everyone and their uncle to be making new spins on it

@scaredy-bat
One thing that I’d like to bring up in response to that is how observant is heavily outweighed by intuitive so far, which I’d say makes sense due to how the game isn’t the most practical choice of game to invest time into at this point. While I wouldn’t say MBTI is all that accurate or anything like that due to how generalized it is, I do think there is some genuine insight to be found in this case; or if nothing else that it’s fun to just see the results for. I do think that in some cases the perceived types could be quite applicable to a person though. -
I got ENFP i feel like an impostor here
-
kev seems kinda sus ngl
-
@Bliztank Oh for sure! It’s an entertaining whatsit
