LFT adv medic s14
-
A sharp medic player always eager for more ways to improve and obstacles to overcome.
I had a lot of fun in advanced, so I’d like to do it again next season. (From the start this time )
I’m looking for a team that wants to try their absolute hardest- if you don’t plan on giving it your all, I’m not interested.

Vandeer
vandeer’s an excellent med that deserves to play advI’ve been mentoring him for a while and he’s shown good development in his understanding of medic and the game as a whole
the only real thing he can improve on is his ability to make game-winning/split-second calls, which is only really something that comes from long-term experience with willing teammates

I’ve watched Vandeer go from NC to low adv on medic, and I believe he would be a great pickup for any adv team lf a medic.
I’ve never met a player who’s improved and learned as fast as he has, and someone who’s willingness to win is so great that he’d throw away what little social life he has to win!
All jokes aside Vandeer is a strong pickup who has a strong will to win and is a fast learner. Def +rep

Playing with Vandeer given our rough debut into Advanced, he’s certainly shown that he’s able to thrive within the div and be a great addition to the main position for medic.
A good listener and open to criticism, he really cares about winning and becoming stronger, and that’s definitely a big stepping stone into where he is now, he only goes up from here.

Vandy is a good player and an asset to any team. I can’t disagree with anything the others posted above, and in addition, he’s got a good head on his shoulders. You’ll never hear him tilt or lose his focus, no matter how craptacular the scrim may be, and it can’t be understated how important that is!
Try out my boy Vandy and see for yourself! :3

I recently had the chance to play on a team with Vandeer, and believe me when I say that it was an eye-opening experience. Playing with a medic of this caliber really shows you what talent and drive looks like. Vandeer is a good medic- no that’s an insult to his ability. Vandeer is an AMAZING medic. But it isn’t always about the skill. Whether it was on weekend scrims, or weekday conversations- Vandeer was always to first to ask the important questions. How can we improve? Where did we go wrong in this play? Why did this happen? What can we do to change this issue in the future? When playing a successful game of highlander, you need your players to have this type of mindset (on top of talent), or you won’t see improvement. Surprisingly, this game is called teamfortress, and Vandeer is the guy who will be the keystone that holds your team spirit together. I highly recommend picking up Vandeer, you will not regret it.

me and vandeer had a close mutual relationship of yelling at each other for doing dumb shit. would 100% recommend for advanced as he will do his absolute best to improve and work to your team’s strengths and deal with the weaknesses.

Vandeer came in clutch for my S13 Adv team.
He’s shown exceptional attitude, despite playing on a losing team, as well as the ability to adapt around others and bring good ideas to the table.
Give this man a chance and you will not regret it. Honestly the corner stone to any good team.

Vandeer is a good player. His fundamentals and skills are there, and he has a good attitude and sense of humor to boot. Finding good medics can be hard, but not if you just pick him up. You won’t regret it.

I mentored vandeer for around two seasons and saw him go from a mediocre AM med to being ready for low advanced; this was two seasons ago. Vandeer has decent mechanics and is really smart relative to the skill pool in advanced. His biggest issue from what I saw is being consistent with his comms. As long as he keeps working on his comming, he can be competitive for a high advanced team.
-
I played with him in season 10, he’s alright, I guess. For real tho, I’ve seen him grow over the year or so that he’s been playing comp, and the progress he has made is insane. The best part, this is far from the end. He is a great pick for amy med slot.
-
Vandeer from mentoring him in open to playing in adv the biggest ratio known to man

Vandeer is a beast!

Vandeer is one of the best furry medics I know. He’s composed under fire has a solid understanding of the format and what’s required of him and his teammates. As many have said already, he’s improved rapidly and has a strong drive to learn more, give him a shot.
-
when i sniped for vandeer s12 he was a pleasure to play with. even at the time he had insane potential and mechanics and performed extremely well no matter the state of the game, whether we were losing or winning he was still able to make the best out of a situation.
vandeer loves improving and his head is always in the game - i believe he is more than capable to play well in adv, and i would go as far as to say he would even do it better than some of the more well-established medics in the division bc of his attitude and constant effort to improve -

I rang with vandeer Medic a couple of times, and he’s never disappointed. Good comms, also a fast learner.
Worthy of a pickup.

I got like 3 arrows all season. Please pick him up you wont regret it

CallMeCure 1 arrow for whenever you bombed at the right time

for the few times i’ve played with vandeer i can confidently say he’s not only a good medic, but he can stay level headed in stressful scenarios and is always searching for the win conditions of a situation. he’s also just a very enjoyable person to talk to and is one of those players who you’ll always see reviewing his own gameplay or looking for ways to improve.
