S8 Invite LFP

I was originally planning to move up with a previous advanced team but it didn’t work out, so this season I’m subbing in Invite and focusing on watching stvs in preparation to main in Invite. So for season 8, I’m giving a shot at leading in Invite and seeing who’s interested.

Requirements:

Consistently Available, willing to show up to team meetings/stv watching
Non-toxic and Respectful to everyone on the team
Either have Invite Experience, or have played advanced for 2+ seasons+, at least 1 as a main

Having nearly a full season of prep you should be getting a team here that will be dedicated to improving and finishing the season.

Ghost is such a gamer that they keep playing after puking in a match. Now THAT’s dedication.

Ghost knows the game, knows how to play spy. Mechanically, ghost can keep up. The only thing I see, in logs/stats, is that Ghost can lack a little consistency but even when she doesn’t perform as well as her other matches she still gets the important picks. Outside the game, there’s a decent amount of drama circulating around her. If you don’t get involved in the drama and don’t start any, I mean… it’s comp tf2- it’s nigh impossible, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by ghost’s gameplay. Most of the issues you see people have with ghost are drama-related. No complaints game-play wise, and there’s continuous improvement over each season.

Definitely would recommend her as a good teammate, leader and team coordinator.

As a player on one of past her teams I wouldn’t recommend her as a team leader, the last team she led was an extremely controlled environment that was very limiting in many ways.

I wholeheartedly agree with that criticism, I understand how that team was, it had a lot of different personalities and I think I didn’t do a good job of handling that, that’s something I’m going to try to do better this time around if this team happens
