Please pick Rikuus up. I have not played with him on scout, but I loved playing with him last season on heavy. Great comms, really open to feedback and discussing ways to improve as a team. He also works really well with the rest of the combo (from my perspective especially pyro), and is super dependable.
Will noticeably improve your team.

Have to agree with Xenagos on this one. Rikuus is definitely slept on and if put on a good team, will destroy the competition. His comms and mental are immaculate and deserve to be shown to any advanced team.
